No ignition (clicks, no flame)

Common causes: flat batteries, low gas pressure, blocked jets, poor spark, or faulty diaphragm/micro-switch.

No hot water

Often empty cylinder, closed valves, blocked filters, or shower mixers starving flow.

Dead / blank display

Power/battery, connection or PCB issues. Replace batteries first on battery-fired models.

Low water pressure

Dirty inlet strainers, municipal dips, or restrictive mixers prevent ignition and stable heating.

Pilot won’t stay lit

(Older models) Thermocouple faults, drafts or CO safety trips can snuff the pilot flame.

Batteries / power: If your unit uses batteries, replace them with fresh ones. For powered units, check plug and breaker.
Water flow: Clean inlet strainers; try a different hot tap (some mixers restrict flow too much).
Settings: Set flow and temperature knobs to the middle position, then test.
Ventilation: Ensure good fresh air and a clear, unobstructed flue.
Error code: If the display shows a code, write it down or snap a photo — we’ll ask for it.
Reset: Turn the unit off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
