• The time it takes for your purchased item to reach you will depend on your location and the available courier services as in some remote areas, Drivers only go once a week

• If you need to return an item, customers are responsible in some cases for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

• For online purchases that are delivered outside and within South Africa, a handling fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount unless discussed.
